All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Spain.

We always ship our products using Correos (the Spanish national postal service):

Correos provides reliable national and international shipping with tracking.

 

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

As all pieces are individually selected and checked before shipping, slight delays may occur during busy periods. If this happens, we will inform you promptly.

 

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination:

  • Spain: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or postal delays beyond our control.

 

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment online through Correos.

 

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Packaging

All briar pieces are securely packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product has not been used, altered, or manipulated in any way.

The briar piece must be returned:

  • in its original condition,

  • without any carving, drilling, cutting, or modification,

  • and properly packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

 

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the product for another piece of the same price, subject to availability.

Please contact us before returning the item so we can confirm the exchange options.

 

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Inspection

All returned items will be carefully inspected upon arrival.
If the product shows signs of use or modification, the return or exchange will not be accepted.
